We ask that you read and be aware of these whilst using the website - please also note that we reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary and without prior notice. Processing Your Order
We regularly check the PipeDreams website and in most cases orders are processed and despatched within two working days. Should you place an order then realise that any of the information you have submitted is incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can update the order before we begin to process it.
Information on the Website
Whilst every possible effort is made to ensure that the website remains up to date, in some extreme circumstances information can become incorrect. Should you place an order based on incorrect information we will always contact you before processing the order to inform you of the changes.

VAT is included in our prices at the standard rate where applicable.
During 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Saturday we are able to take telephone orders. Please call 01825 762323 with your credit card details ready. You will be asked for your name, address (the address must be the same as the credit card registration address), telephone number and details of your order.
PLEASE NOTE we are CLOSED on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
We accept all main credit/debit cards (excluding AMEX). We do not accept cheques, notes or coins through the post.
Data Protection and Privacy
To process an order it is necessary to collect personal details of the customer. This personal information will only be used to process your order. We may from time to time email special offers we think you would be interested in. If you DO NOT want to receive these special offer notifications please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Customer information will not be disclosed to any third party, unless a credit card security check is required.
Delivery and Shipping
- Products are delivered either by Royal Mail or Courier Service - a signature may be required.
- Orders will usually be despatched within two days from receipt of order.
- Should there be a problem with despatch or if items are out of stock you will be notified immediately.

Overseas Delivery Charges
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom then your order will be subject to an additional delivery charge.
This additional delivery charge will be calculated upon the completion of your order by one of our team who will contact you to arrange the best postage solution. You can pay this additional delivery charge over the telephone.

The cost of returning goods wil be met by the customer (unless they are faulty see below)
We recommend that you use a recorded service with adequate insurance to return any goods.
Adequate protective packaging must be used to return products to PipeDreams. All products must be returned in the original packaging, with swing tags attached and arrive without any damage in ‘as new’ condition.
If you wish to exchange an item please return it in its original packaging with swing tags attached to the above address within 7 days. You will be charged an additional postage charge for us to redeliver the goods to you.
If you would like a refund please return the item within 7 days in its original packaging with swing tags attached to the above address. You will need to pay for postage and please obtain proof of postage. We recommend using a recorded service with adequate insurance.
Please note we are not able to refund the original postage charge.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If the products ordered are faulty you will be entitled to a replacement product or full refund. We must be advised by the customer of the faulty product within 7 working days of receipt of product.
Please call PipeDreams on 01825 762323 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the return. When a product is faulty the cost of postage of the return will be met by PipeDreams and reimbursed to the customer.
Customers MUST get proof of postage from the Post Office or whichever means of return service they chose.
The above Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.
